We even provide a one-year schedule for your approval to take the hassle out of arranging multiple visits. We will alert you a week before the visit to ensure that it still suits you too. We carry out the PPM visit and if any remedial works are required we’ll report them to you for your approval.

PPM schedules take the hassle out of looking after your building giving you peace of mind that your key electrical installations are well maintained. We also offer Reactive Maintenance of which is the day-to-day work that is required to correct component failures and ensure, as far as possible, that your workplace can continue to operate safely, effectively and with minimal disruption despite potential unpredictable faults and breakdowns.

This work is often minor in terms of value such as re-lamping fittings, replacing a broken socket/switch front. However on occasions the work can be more intensive such as dealing with a faulty electrical circuit, floods that have caused water damage to the electrics, boiler breakdowns etc. Whether this work is major or minor in value, it all requires a degree of urgency in its implementation.
